Meet Ryley Rodriques, PT, DPT, GCS

Ryley Rodriques, PT, DPT, GCS

Clinic Director, Dr. Rodriques, from Canadian, Texas, spent three years in the Army before graduating from Angelo State University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He later received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University and earned certification as a Geriatric Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Board of Specialists.

Ryley is proficient in the treatment of adolescent post-concussion syndrome and dysautonomia. He is frequently seen working under the ropes of the Redcord Suspension system, a treatment approach he’s been using since 2014.

Ryley is married to Brooke and together they have two daughters, Rylan and Reagan. Away from the clinic, he enjoys tea parties, watching princess movies, rooting for his beloved Texas A&M Aggies, hunting/shooting, grilling out on his back patio, and beekeeping.

Meet Derek Neill, PT, Owner/Operator

Derek Neill, PT

Derek grew up in Canyon, Texas and received his degree in physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. He has held management roles in a variety of treatment settings and operated several rehabilitation/wellness businesses, opening iPOW Physical Therapy & Wellness in 2015.

Derek has many interests and the rate at which he discards one pursuit in favor of something new and shinier keeps his wife and kids in a constant state of disbelief and embarrassment. He’s a life-long living room guitar player, avid skier, Red Raider football fan, and mediocre shade-tree mechanic.

He and wife, Charleine, have four children; Ashley, Bella, Jake, and Avery.

Meet Traleia Hodnett, PTA

Traleia Hodnett, PTA

Originally from Dalhart, Texas Traleia grew up in a ranching family where she developed a strong love for horses and rodeo. She worked on the family ranch, and as a cosmetologist, while raising her three children, Stormy, Laramie, and Tex; but eventually chose to pursue a career in physical therapy after serving in a variety of non-clinical roles at Dalhart Physical Therapy, becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2011.

She and husband, Bill, are competitive team ropers and actively involved in rodeo. Her son, Stormy is a professional bull rider.

Traleia loves to travel and see new places – by car or plane, near or far. Aside from her yearly pilgrimage to Las Vegas for the National Finals Rodeo, she’s made multiple trips to Africa and the Netherlands.

When not working or horseback (which is seldom), Traleia enjoys playing golf and spending time with her grandkids. She does not like to cook!

Meet Keri Hacker, PTA

Keri Hacker, PTA

Keri Hacker, PTA is a lifelong resident of Amarillo. After graduating from Amarillo High School, she attended Amarillo College, graduating from the school’s newly formed Physical Therapy Assistant program. She then spent just shy of 24 years working as a PTA at Bivins Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab. In 2008, she transitioned to the home health setting where she specialized in helping seniors regain and maintain their physical mobility and independence. In 2020, after roughly 35 years working with older adults, Keri agreed to bring her considerable experience to iPOW Physical Therapy & Wellness.

In her spare time, Keri enjoys reading, dining out with friends, going to the movies, and attending church-related activities. She is an accomplished snow skier and a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Amarillo.

Meet Brianna Valdez, PTA

Brianna Valdez, PTA

Brianna Valdez is a lifelong resident of Amarillo. After graduating from Tascosa High School, she attended Amarillo College, graduating from the Physical Therapy Assistant program. Prior to joining the IPOW staff, Brianna worked at Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Suites for seven months helping seniors regain and maintain their physical mobility and independence.

Brianna, and her husband Elov, have been married for five years and are the proud parents of a son Elov James. In her spare time, Brianna enjoys spending time with her family and playing Animal Crossing. She and her family have recently taken up pickleball and they are enjoying it immensely.

Meet Robyn Arnhold, Business Office Manager

Robyn Arnhold, Business Office Manager

Robyn joined our sister company, Catalyst Rehabilitation, in 2009 after a successful stint in hotel management and was instrumental in the development of what is now iPOW Physical Therapy & Wellness. Officially, she functions as business office manager, but that title fails to convey the significance of her contribution, which often includes duties far exceeding her job description. Robyn is a native Amarilloan and married to Todd.

In their spare time, she and Todd enjoy home improvement projects, Golden State Warriors basketball, and spending time with their sons and granddaughters.

Meet Carla Brashears, Billing Specialist

Carla Brashears, Billing Specialist

Carla Brashears joined the iPOW team in June of 2021. After graduating Canyon High School, she attended Amarillo College, graduating with an Associates Applied Science degree in Medical Secretary. In 2013, she completed Certification in Medical Billing and Coding. In 2016, she completed the ICD-10 Proficiency Exam. In her spare time, she loves to walk her two rescue dogs, Bella and Beau, and has recently started to foster animals through APHS.

Carla has two daughters, Brittney and Wimberly, and four grandchildren. She loves to travel to the Austin area to visit family and enjoys hiking and water adventures while visiting. She has hiked the Enchanted Rock in Fredericksburg, Tx and other trails in Colorado Springs, CO area.

Ambher Longwell, PTA

Ambher was born on Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico but has lived most of her life in the Panhandle. After graduating from Idalou High School, she attended Amarillo College graduating from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Prior to joining iPOW, she worked at Amarillo College as a supplemental instructor in the Physical Therapy Assistant Program.

She and her husband, Tony, have been married 11 years and have an 8-year-old daughter named Charlotte. In her spare time, Ambher enjoys gardening, hiking, reading and occasionally painting.

Meet Bella Neill, Patient Intake Coordinator

Bella recently joined our team as our new Patient Intake Specialist. Bella grew up in Canyon, Texas and recently graduated from West Texas A & M University with a bachelor's degree in Business and a minor in Management.

During her free time, Bella enjoys hanging out with friends, experiencing new cities, reading, and watching movies.

Originally from Hereford, Texas, Charleine received her master's degree in speech language pathology from Oklahoma University.

After practicing as a Speech Language Pathologist, she left the professional world to homeschool her four children. She and husband Derek opened iPOW Physical Therapy & Wellness in 2015.Currently, Charleine oversees clinic marketing and public relations.

In her spare time, Charleine can usually be found on the pickleball court.

Meet Ginnie Miranda, PT, DPT

Ginnie grew up in Canyon, Texas. She graduated with a bachelor's in sports exercise science, applied science from West Texas A&M University in 2020. She went on to continue her education and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Tx in 2023.

In her spare time, Ginnie's interests include playing guitar, singing, traveling, swimming, watching Sci-fi, and spending time with family and friends.

Meet Lauren, Patient Intake Manager

Ambher Longwell, PTA

Lauren was born in Columbus, GA and raised in Lubbock, TX. She attended Frenship High School and later graduated from West Texas A&M University, where she got her bachelor’s degree in Sports Exercise Science in 2020. Lauren started working at IPOW in April of 2021. Her first role was Laser Technician, and she slowly moved her way up to the front desk and has been there ever since. Her favorite part about her role is interacting with the patients and getting to know each of them, individually.

In her spare time, you can catch her and her husband, Curtis, out hunting. Lauren and Curtis recently got married on August 10, 2024. They hunt antelope and deer, but mainly waterfowl (duck, geese, sandhill crane)! Her favorite season is dove. Lauren hopes to get an aoudad one day! Outdoors is where she and her husband spend most of their time, but when she isn't outdoors, you can normally find her watching her favorite TV series or reading a new book.
