"Staff and therapists were so nice and helpful. Therapy did not help for my problem but it wasn’t due to anything wrong the therapist did, I just need surgery. Therapists did everything they could to try and relieve my pain. I would recommend them to everyone. I’m hoping if I need therapy after my surgery that I will be sent to Ipow as I was please with all they tried. They have great positive personalities and really try to help."

"Everyone was friendly, and engaging. They made me feel like I mattered. I had Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and was unable to work for 3 weeks. They taught me techniques to do at home, and I even taught them one! It took 4 months for it to finally go away and I feel so much better!"

"With the iPOW team, you feel like you are part of a wonderful, caring family. I can now use my hand again (arthritis). The PT and Laser together worked quickly and efficiently. "I just recently started to go to iPOW and from the first day of going I have been welcomed with the girls at the desk with kindness and smiles. I went kind of nervous not knowing what to expect, but both Riley and T (don't want to mess the spelling up) have really put me at ease and I came out both times feeling safe, and comfortable. "I had a rotator cuff problem. My Primary care doctor sent me to IPOW. Derek Neill, very nice man, evaluated my injury, and put me with PT Brianna Valdez. She took me from very limited, painful shoulder to pretty much normal, in 6 weeks. This is a very well run facility with a nice staff. Everything is organized and kept spotless by the techs. I highly recommend IPOW to everyone."

"My first impression of iPOW was very positive. Every visit you are greeted by a very friendly staff member, beginning at the registration desk and going through your entire appointment! Every staff member is very professional and each of them go above and beyond to treat you as if you are the only person there. "Everyone at IPOW physical therapy are exceptional! They greeted me at the front desk from the first time I walked in to the last time I went in. The therapists were all so pleasant, always asking me how I was feeling. I can’t remember the therapist who was working on me tried so many different things to help with my back and leg pain. She always asked if it hurt to do something, if this or that helped my pain, she really gave it her all! I would recommend IPOW to friends and family! "The owner/operators and staff at iPOW Physical Therapy are awesome. I went there for a nerve impingement that was causing me significant pain and restricting my movement. They immediately recognized the symptoms and zeroed in on the root cause. Many of the staff worked with me in various ways for several weeks to alleviate and finally eliminate the pain without drugs or surgery. The iPOW folks are very friendly and they expressed genuine concern for me and my condition. The equipment used is cleaned after each use. I had the best experience and outcome with the folks at iPOW. I would recommend iPOW to all my family and friends in need of PT."

"I suffer from old military injury of lower back and recently had a spinal cord simulator implanted in my back but has not done its job as of yet. Went to IPOW and they taught me exercises that can help not only with the pain but to strengthen my muscle because lack of musclle can hinder and contribute to the pain."

"It’s rare to arrive at a new clinic and have everyone already know your name! iPOW was recommended by a friend who told them I was coming for treatment. I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces! The compassion I felt during treatment was extremely comforting and set my worried mind at ease. Riley listened to me and set out a course of treatment which fell in line with our conversation. Everyone there knows their patients by name and are always polite and professional. "The front desk started the process as they were friendly as well as professional and handled my appointments as well as changes in the schedule. The PT staff was also great--I was fortunate to have Carrie and she did a great job--never pushing beyond my tolerance but encouraging my forward progress. she really put herself into the process and wasn't afraid of contact. Reilly as in charge PT was supported of how I was responding to therapy and where I was in the insurance process. Overall it was a great experience and I feel I am doing much better/"

Derek did my evaluation and listened to my concerns, reviewed my records prior to my arrival and explained the PT process and goals. My PT Assistant, Traleia, had a plan for my therapy before I arrived for each appointment and is very knowledgeable. They are a great bunch of therapists and assistants and do their homework prior to your arrival. They encourage questions throughout the sessions. "I was in so much BAD PAIN when I started going to iPOW for help with my Left Knee and BOTH Hips - I could hardly walk !! I started with iPOW May 2nd doing exercises with them usually Tues and Thur 3=4 - Wed the 29th my Doc gave me a shot in my Knee and I tried to get them to put it in my Right Hip cause it HURTING the MOST - she said let's try the KNEE FIRST - I was not hurting ANY WHERE when I walked out of the Dr's Office but I finished up 2 last visits at iPOW and I have STILL NOT HAD ANY PAIN - THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH and I will still do my EXERSISES AT HOME - I tell everyone having PAIN ANYWHERE check with iPOW and they will make it GO AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I never thought I would enjoy my physical therapy. But going here was different. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amber and Derek taught me a lot. I have chronic knee pain after having them both scoped. I wasn’t sure of what exercises would be good for me, almost afraid to do any because I thought I might do more harm than good. But I know how important it is to keep moving. After several visits I learned what I could do. If I ever need PT again, this is the place to go. Thank you to all the staff !!"

Everyone is friendly and they work hard get to know you and what you need to get better and back to normal. "iPOW did an awesome job motivating me after my hip pinning. I had used the when I had my knees replaced and I had excellent results. They tailed my plan to me and my needs. Not just putting me on bicycle. They movements seem almost too easy however, I can say they worked as I was sore the next day! They have a class 5 laser to aid in increase healing. "I worked with Bree. She was awesome! Very caring and knowledgeable! She listened to what I said about movement and pain in my shoulder and adjusted treatment if needed! She made sure that the exercises we did there were not hurting me but were enough to really strengthen my shoulder. Derek did my initial and last evaluation. He was very nice and listened to what I had to say! Everyone at IPow is professional and nice. They clean after each use on the equipment which I really liked to see. The ladies at the front desk were sweet and very helpful! They sell the bands there so if you’re using a piece of elastic to do home exercises, ask them about getting one. The handles make it so much easier to do! Also they sell Deep Blue in stick form which is the best ever! I would and will highly recommend IPow for physical therapy! Amazing job guys! Well done!"

"After suffering a knee problem a friend suggested I see iPow. My problem wasn’t with the knee structure but with the lack of strength in the knee. After 4 weeks (two days a week) of strengthening exercises, laser therapy, and tens unit therapy I was able to play at Pickleball Nationals with no pain at all I was amazed at the progress. I know now that this is something I must incorporate into my lifestyle if I wish to be active in sports at the age of 77. Thank you iPow for helping me to achieve my goals."

I told the doctor I work on the road so I couldn't run back and forth every other day. He totally understood. Looked at me, taught me exercises to do at home and at work. Did not finish until he knew I was comfortable and knowledgeable of the at home exercises. Then gave me his email to communicate back n forth to provide results and new exercises. "The reason for my visits to iPOW was right knee pain, osteoarthritis and a lateral meniscus tear. Derek Neill set up a program for me that I was hoping would prolong my need for knee surgery. "My therapist Traleia was outstanding. Not only did she improve my back dramatically she did it by listening. She would ask me before each treatment how are you feeling, how’s the back. Whatever my response was she tailored the exercises for that day to put minimum strain on the areas I complained about. So many times doctors, therapists etc. ask you questions about how you are feeling then go ahead and treat you the way they had planned to treat you no matter what you tell them. Not Traleia, she actually asks the questions for your benefit. I spent 35 years in corporate management positions before I retired. "Our daughter lilliana suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. A diffused axonal brain injury on April 8, of 2020. When we took our daughter lilliana to her first appointment at I pow she couldn't hold her head up. After months of working with her she started improving very quickly. "My doctor referred me to iPOW for physical therapy because I had pain and weakness in my legs. Before I started I used Blue Emu on my knees several times a day and took extra-strength Tylonol 3 times a day. During my evaluation Ryley discovered I had very high arches which did not give me the support I needed. After a couple of days of wearing them, most of the pain had left. I had 6 weeks of physical therapy for leg strength and balance 2 times a week. The atmosphere of this place is almost family=like even though I only had 2 therapists; interaction between everyone was so nice. I have more confidence now that balance has been improved with getting my legs strengthened. I was given exercises which I will continue to do 5 times each week. I can definitely recommend iPOW to everyone."

"I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I noticed how every piece of equipment was sanitized after each use, and I appreciate that this is made a priority. "I was having sciatic nerve issues. My doctor recommended a course of physical therapy at IPOW. As of this writing, I have finished 5 of the 6 weeks of work at their facility, and the improvement has been terrific. I used to have 8-level pain getting out of bed in the morning, and that has been reduced drastically. And it used to take me a good 60-90 minutes to feel good enough to walk and move around at a normal pace, but now it's more like 30 minutes. It seems the whole staff is caring, friendly, and willing to take the time with their patients to make sure recovery is coming along at the proper pace. I would highly recommend IPOW to anyone."

"I have total confidence in the my therapist. Never before have I felt that someone was listening to me and understood what kind of pain I have. After 3 back surgeries I was really struggling with pain and mobility. The therapist have developed a slower approach based on my pain and needs. I feel incredible! "My son, Rayden, was seen by not only one but three of the therapists at IPOW to treat his neuropathy, which is a side effect from his leukemia. He was seen by Ryley, Traleia, and Andrew. They were all wonderful and gave Rayden so much one on one attention to help his gain his strength back in his legs and his foot drop as well as monitor if the neuropathy was affecting his hands or other nerves . They didn’t let us “graduate” until they fully felt like he was ready and always took into consideration the weaknesses I saw at home as well. I especially enjoyed that everything was fun for him considering he is three years old. The staff up front was also extremely helpful and cheerful! Rayden said, “it was fun, and he played”. I have been through pt in the past at other places in town, but from now on will recommend and if needed in the future return to iPOW. "I was extremely pleased with my knee-hab therapy results. I will recommend iPOW to anyone and everyone needing physical therapy services. Every single person I encountered at iPOW was professional and courteous. I was treated with the utmost respect from the moment I walked through the door. I will admit, I was very nervous to start physical therapy because didn’t feel I had the knowledge in exercise and was very leery of all the required exercises. I can assure you there was no need for me to know everything;, they did a fabulous job of teaching me all the necessary techniques and modifications necessary to do all my physical therapy. I started the program with significant knee pain and walked assisted with a cane. I was able to get rid of my cane, mid-way through the program and even weeks after completing the program, I have not needed the cane. They were very patient and kind. They treated me like family. "When I was first referred to physical therapy for my problem, I laughed because I did not believe it would help. I had already gone through so much and still had issues. Sarah, my therapist was understanding and thoroughly explained what my real problem was and how therapy could help if I was faithful to do what was needed. "Before coming to IPOW, I was trying to get in shape on my own; but, my knees hurt really bad. I couldn't run. I couldn't do squats, and stairs were painful. Even sitting through a television show was uncomfortable. I knew I just needed help strengthening my knees. The pain would go away, and I would be able to work out again. "I received excellent care and help at iPOW as I had had a total knee replacement a few months earlier and as an older woman I had had issues with bladder leakage. I was immediately welcomed by the two ladies at the front window. Their friendliness and thorough professional care sure helped me to relax. Between Sarah and T they gave me lots of encouragement and demonstrated such care and acceptance. "When I came to IPOW I was such a mess. I just had a major back surgery and I was not hopeful that anything would get any better and I was going to be physically broken forever. But was I so wrong! The first person I saw was Traleia and she had helped me at another facility when I could not walk. Right then I knew God had placed me where he knew I was going to get healed. "I have had multiple issues and multiple surgeries and IPOW has been with me all the way. Dr. Riley and Meredith both caught infections when they started after my total knee replacement and were able to call my surgeon and get me in. They also were insistent on getting updates when I could not come for therapy. While the work was at times difficult the staff here at IPOW encouraged me to keep going and after 4 knee surgeries I am able to walk better than before I had surgery! "I have had chronic lower back pain for many years. My second ruptured disc was severe and required surgery. Afterwards, my back felt very weak, and I did not want to rupture another. I began physical therapy to strengthen my back and learn to bend/lift/pull using muscles to protect my back. It took a little time to get my strength back to my comfort level, but my therapists worked me through my goals. When I asked for more, they delivered. "I worked Ryley and Traleia for about 5 weeks relating to strain on my left thumb and wrist. I had injured this area several years ago and had lack of mobility. I didn't think I would ever regain good mobility in that wrist again. After I my movement got much better in that area, they began treating my right fore arm and elbow for an injury I received on it. She makes an accurate assessment of your condition, listens to you at every visit and then modifies her therapy plan to reach your goals based on your feedback at every visit. She developed a plan for me to reach my goals quickly, but she did so in a manner that calmed my aggravated nerve and didn't cause me significant pain - pain was always a result with my other therapists. She explains the science behind the exercises that she prescribes along with when to do certain exercises to gain strength and flexibility and then which exercises and/or therapy to do to relieve any discomfort from an aggravated nerve. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is outstanding as is her ability to explain it in laymen's terms. She is creative in reaching her patients' goals, often changing her game plan on the spot based on her observations. The characteristic that makes her my best ever therapist is that she truly listens to me and is 100% focused on me, seemingly during every moment of our therapy sessions."

"Earlier this year, Dalton was referred to physical therapy due to limited range of motion in his knee, and weakness in his hamstrings. "Dr.Mayer and the entire staff are amazing! From initial evaluation to discharge you are treated with the utmost attention and care. During the course of my treatment, I never saw a cross face on any of the staff which speaks volumes to the environment that you are treated in. My therapy was engaging and challenging and provided the exact therapy needed to work past my injury. "My daughter was referred to IPOW due to reoccurring headaches. She would have them once or twice a day and at times they would last all day. She grew a pain tolerance to them but when it became to severe we would have to give her medication. The thought of my eight year old at the time having to take something for the rest of her life or at least until we could get questions answered. She’s seen specialist and neurologist for the past two years and then we were told by her neurologist to go see Dr. Riley from IPOW. I was discouraged at first, like here we go onto another Doctor. Then we met Dr. Riley and our first consultation with him I left feeling so hopeful. Within 30-40 minutes meeting him he was able to trigger areas that would cause her head to hurt that would give her headaches. He put her on a twice a week program for 8 weeks and it was to help strengthen her neck, upper body and mobility. Basically to help build her core muscles and her body to become in sync as well. In those 8 weeks she worked with Meredith and Riley. My 10 year old is doing so much better to be honest headache free. I can speak great things about Meredith and Dr Riley but the entire staff has been so helpful and I seen the other therapists working with their patients and I can say the entire team of iPOW has been a great experience. Today is a bitter sweet moment. We have been released with a 10 year old headache free. Thank You Dr. Riley, Meredith and the entire IPOW team for helping my daughter."

"After receiving a prognosis of “bone on bone” from an orthopedic surgeon with recommendation of a knee replacement, I asked for a PT scrip to IPOW based on my wife’s successful treatment at IPOW. First impression was that everyone was very professional and knowledgeable but also personable. After an initial evaluation it was evident that I had not only tight muscle groups but also weak muscle groups and that 63 years of misuse/disuse was putting undue stress on my knee. Robert was very good about explaining the why and how of the exercises and their benefits. I went from a pain level 8 to a level 1 over the course of treatment. "I am so grateful to the staff at iPOW Physical Therapy especially of Ryley and Traleia on helping me to get my quality of life back. When I was first referred to iPOW, I didn't think that there was much that could be done to alleviate months of shoulder pain that had gradually built up over time. The pain was severe enough that it often left me sleeping in a recliner on most nights. I’d also been told several times that surgery might be the only option to correct it. However, that all changed when I started PT at iPOW. It was at my first visit that they explained more to me in one hour about the cause of my pain than anyone else had in the previous two years. Their approach to what was causing my condition literally gave me relief after the first visit, and also provided exercises that I could do between visits to continue working on correcting it. As a result, after a few weeks in their care, my range of motion and strength started to improve, and vast majority of the pain went away. The improvements have continued and allowed me to get back to doing the things that I couldn’t before. I’d recommend them to anyone that is looking to improve a painful situation."

"I needed physical therapy after having chronic back pain and shoulder issues that were disrupting my normal daily life. I am beyond amazed at the dedication and knowledge of the iPow team. "I am amazed. Robert has been so kind and knowledgeable about the treatment necessary to alleviate my daily and nearly constant pain. I came here thinking I was pretty fit and these exercises were pretty easy. Little did I know, muscle weakness was the root of my pain. Who knew? I am now approaching fitness , and my strength has improved. Best of all, of my pain is completely gone or greatly improved, and if it comes back, specifically sciatica, I know what to do about it. "IPOW has been a great place for healing. I came here after having years of foot pain and nothing seem to help. Dr. Ryley Rodriques did a thorough assessment and though yes I was having foot pain (planter faciitis) he notice weakness in my feet and hips. That was the first any addressed how I walked, how I was standing, and how the little things were adding up to lots of pain in my feet. I was sent home with some exercises and bands to do on the off days that I would come to therapy. I also took advantage of laser treatment on my feet. This worked great along side of therapy. IPOW works together in teams. I was also partnered with a PTA, Meredith. She was amazing. I appreciated her concern for my feet. Each visit with customized to what I needed and my pain levels and building on the previous visit. She was very personable and challenged me throughout my therapy. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Rodriques. He was extremely knowledgeable and thought outside of the box when it comes to treatment. He did not just treat my feet but my overall health. He wanted me to succeed and I could genuinely tell he cared for my feet and my overall function to walk pain free. As for the staff. The ladies at the front are always upbeat, helpful and called me by my name when I walked in the door. If I needed to reschedule they always called me if they had a cancellation. Everyone at IPOW loves their job and loves what they do. I had a great experience and a good outcome. My pain is nearly gone and the skills I have learned from the therapist, I plan to continue stretching my hips and feet so that I can enjoy active life style pain free."

"Our son had been been dealing with a lot of pain due to a combination of weakened muscles and hypermobility. He didn't play outside as much as the other kids. Over time, his back started hurting pretty bad. He was getting more headaches than usual and his muscles ached. It was hard to see a 10 year old boy feel as though he was falling apart. Thanks to the wonderful folks at iPow, our son is much stronger now. He plays outside so much, and you can tell he's so happy to be out there. "I was referred to iPOW by my physician due to severe neck pain with shooting pain down my arm and tingling in my hand and finger tips. My daily pain level was an 8 and I had a difficult time with my daily activities, work and self care. After my initial assessment appointment, Riley and Robert spent 2-3 days a week and I noticed a difference in my pain level within the first week! "Traleia was the therapist assistant that worked with me. She was very patient, caring & professional. She always ensured in a very patient way that I was doing everything correctly. She would always have to remind me to relax. I have finished my treatment but I can still hear her voice telling me at home keep your shoulders straight, relax. The laser treatments are super fantastic. I feel terrific after one of those sessions. Viv is always wonderful with the lasers. "I came to IPOW after seeing an ad on Facebook about a back pain workshop. Desperate to avoid surgery I attended the workshop. This was very informative and encouraging so I set an appointment for an evaluation. Dr. Rodriques (Ryley) was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. He completely laid out and explained my plan of care in understandable terms. My appointments were scheduled with Ryley and Robert. Both worked and focused on me and only me my entire session. The cutting edge techniques, Ryley and Roberts knowledge and expertise have allowed me to return to my daily activities with increased flexibility, range of motion, and I am almost entirely pain free! I have been to several physical therapy offices over the years and never have I received the individualized attention that I received at IPOW. I worked with Kayleigh most of the time. My improvement was felt weekly. I was never sore but continued to gather strength. "I injured my shoulder in a skateboarding accident. The MRI showed I had a torn labrum and I really thought I was facing surgery. Thankfully with the help of Kristen at iPOW I was able to avoid surgery! She did a great job and even though therapy was hard at times, I am so grateful that I can play basketball again. I was in so much pain when I first started and couldn’t raise my arm but a couple of inches, now I’m back on the court knocking down 3’s pain free! Thank you Kristen, you are the best!"

"I first came here for headache reasons and saw little results. After little results were reached the doctor sent me to another doctor in the same building where I found amazing results. I came back here with the good news about the headaches but bad knews about pain in my shoulder. After a few months of working with both doctors I went from having headaches and back pain for 10 months to no pain quickly. Doctors here quickly helped my shoulder and doctors across the building helped my head. I am much more happier now. Without the doctor here I would not have found the other doctor and would still have both headaches and back pain."

"When I came in for my first visit, I was having severe pain through my ribs. Robert asked questions to determine my pain level and to determine the best course of treatment. "My experience at iPOW was life changing. From my very 1st appointment with Ryley, he was able to fix my limited movement turning my head. I’ve had neck pain and stiffness for years. I could not believe the results after just my Evaluation and a technique he used on me. After I left the clinic I was astonished how far I could turn only my head instead of my whole body to see on-coming traffic while driving home. I can’t remember the last time I was able to do that. I showed my husband and kids how much range of motion I had after only 1 visit with Ryley and they were shocked! I appreciate how I never had to wait for any of my therapy appointments, they were always right on time getting me back. I also worked with Traleia and she did an amazing job. I feel stronger than I have felt in years! I have suffered with neck pain for over 25 years and between the red cord and specific exercises and the use of their state of the art Laser I am virtually pain free now. I’ve tried other outpatient therapy places in Amarillo and they do not compare to the one-on-one full hour of treatment I got from iPOW. I told my husband about iPOW because he has been having neck and shoulder issues and he has started going to iPOW and after only 2 weeks he also can tell a big difference. "I waited and waited before I finally made the decision to go to iPOW My injury was not healing on its own and my pain was not going away. After my very FIRST appointment with Ryley and my first laser treatment, I could tell a huge difference in my pain level. After months of taking pain medication to get through the day, I was able to do all of my normal activities without them! I know I have a lot of work to do to heal my injury, but I would much rather do the work to heal myself rather than take medication or injections that are just a temporary fix.
